Avogadro's 100% Organic Tempeh

Our tempeh is made in-house.

Tempeh is a delicious, traditional soy product originally from Indonesia. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form through the mycelial growth of Rhizopus (a fungus). 

​

Tempeh can be grilled or fried, curried or marinated, used on pizza, put in salads,  eaten as a burger, in sandwiches, or on its own. It lends itself easily to seasoning, and can replace meat in any dish. Enjoy our tempeh in any of the various dishes we have created.
