Here is a list of some of our most wonderful traditions--whether it's Tempeh Tuesday or our good, old-fashioned bluegrass jam, there's always something to look forward to!
Tempeh Tuesday
Join us every Tuesdy for two or one tempeh burgers! Whether you bring a friend and dine together, gobble them both up, or eat one and take one for later. This delicious value is something to look forward to!

Avo's Open Bluegrass Jam
Our famous open bluegrass jam happens every Wednesday at 7:00pm, so grab your banjos! Your mandolins! Guitars and bass! Pack up the kids and come on down.

Bar Specials Daily
Every day brings new drink specials at Avo's Bar! We have a $3 micro special from major Fort Collins brewers and we have rotational drafts from farther afield. We have a delicious selection of cocktails and to clear the fog, we have prosecco Mimosas. There's something for everyone. And don't forget our signature Avo's Bloody Mary!

Arias at Avo's
Opera Fort Collins Guild
A casual classical vocal showcase featuring professional singers and emerging artists performing a variety of opera, art song, and music theater selections. There is no cover charge, however donations are accepted by Opera Fort Collins Guild for the ongoing support of the showcase and Opera Fort Collins.
When:
The last Sunday of each month. 4-6pm.
Arias is presented as a No Cover show but the Guild does kindly ask you to consider a $10 donation to help with the cost of bringing the talent to you.
Taco Thursday
Mix and match three tacos--choose steak or tempeh. Served with homemade salsa, sour cream and a sampling of pork green chili. $5.25

Showcasing Local Talent
Our open mic attracts tons of local talent, from solo acts to local bands to poets and comedians. This eclectic gathering of performers is not to be missed. Please come join in--sign up begins at 7PM.

Poudre River Irregulars
The Poudre River Irregulars are a colorful New Orleans and Dixieland jazz ensemble noted for their exuberant energy and sound musicianship. They play a wide variety of traditional jazz, from ragtime through the classics of the 20s and 30s, up to early swing.
When:
First Friday of every month. 4PM-7PM - $12 / $8 for members of the Northern Colorado Traditional Jazz Society.
Just Jazz.
Just Jazz Quintet is a five-piece combo based in northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and vicinity). Not just another jazz band, this group of well-trained musicians plays straight-ahead contemporary jazz with verve, taste, and technical proficiency.
